We have been serving our wood-fired baked gourmet pizzas at Sarver winery west of Eugene the last five years most Fridays in the summer. We feature seasonal, local and organic ingredients as well as the classics. Live music, delicious pizza and wine, a gorgeous expansive view and lots of friendly smiling faces makes this a perfect evening.
We make our own sauce with an exceptional ingredient, caraway seeds, that lend themselves to a most savory sauce.
Toppings consist of the usual cheeses and organic produce from the nearby area in addition to pepperoni if desired
