Generally, we make a 10 or 12 inch pizza pie using Pendleton Mills Mondoca Pizza flour, a silky smooth flour that works into a fine thin crust

We make our own sauce with an exceptional ingredient, caraway seeds, that lend themselves to a most savory sauce.

Toppings consist of the usual four cheeses and produce from the nearby area in addition to pepperoni if desired
